A gondola ride from the town of Telluride, Mountain Village is home to the main skiing of the city, which in my book, puts it high on my list. The city of Telluride is quaint, yet bustling, and is one of the most dog friendly places I have ever been.
Not only is the country beautiful from a landscape perspective, the people that live here are instinctively kindred of heart. I was immersed in the Tanzanian life for over a month, and I have to say the Tanzanian native people are some of the most passionate in the world. From Mt. Kilimanjaro to the Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania as a whole is absolutely breathtaking.
If you love fly fishing and relaxing like myself, then this is the place for you. You are bound to leave the island knowing more about fly fishing and the ocean than you ever thought imaginable. Not only is the guide on the island extremely knowledgeable, they invest and care about you like I’ve never seen before.
This place has Dolphins, some of the most breathtaking mountains in the whole world, baby seals, and gorgeous waterfalls. After taking a boat tide around this lake, you will feel spoiled with all of the beautiful sights.
This place is magical. It is famous for its long, beautiful, wooden bridge that runs across the town, but I remember the city for the gorgeous mountains, lakes, and angry swans.
Ok…being a native Texan I had to throw this one on here. Fredricksburg wine, the Frio River, and of course…Austin, Texas.
